Summary
Overview: You can ask Coach any question about how Pippify works, in plain language. For example: what the Review Queue is for, how lead scores work, or the difference between the mission and guidance rules.
Prerequisites:
- Access to Pippify Coach.
How Coach Decides
- Questions about how Pippify works are answered from Coach's built-in product knowledge. Coach does not search your knowledge base for these, because your knowledge base holds your own business information.
- If the answer depends on your workspace (for example "Is my automation level set to Full auto?"), Coach reads your live settings before it answers.
- If the question leads to a change, Coach prepares a Proposed change card for the Admin, or explains the steps if it's something Coach can't change.
- Coach answers briefly unless you ask for more detail.
Limits
- Coach's product knowledge covers the main flow (channels, leads, scoring, replies, quotes and booking links, the Review Queue, follow-up sequences, settings and roles). It may not know every detail of every screen. These help guides are the full reference.
- Coach cannot see your billing details. For plans, prices and usage, check Settings › Billing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Ask your question
- Open Pippify Coach.
- Click the How does Pippify work? card, which asks "What is the difference between mission, guidance rules, and brand voice?", or type your own question.
Step 2: Try these example questions
- "What happens when a new email arrives?"
- "Which replies wait in the Review Queue?"
- "What is the difference between Supervised and Full auto?"
- "How does Pippin decide a lead is hot?"
- "When do follow-ups go out?"
- "What can a Sales Manager do that a Sales Rep can't?"
Step 3: Follow up
- Ask a follow-up question in the same conversation, for example "Show me my current setting for that."
- To start a new topic, click + (New chat) under Chat history.
Verify It Worked
Success criteria:
- Coach answers your question in the conversation.
- If you asked about your own setup, the answer matches what you see in Settings.
Troubleshooting
Common errors
- "Coach couldn't finish that answer." or "Coach could not finish that turn.": Coach hit a problem while answering. Fix: send the question again.
Limitations & considerations
- Coach names screens in its own words. If a screen name doesn't match what you see, use the left menu: Settings contains Business type, Channels, Branding, Connectors, AI Studio, Users and Billing.
- If an answer and a Settings screen disagree, the Settings screen shows what is really saved.
