Step-by-Step Instructions
What's new in October 2026
- Edit lead details in place (live 10/19/2026). Change a lead's company, name, email or phone with the pencil next to each field in Lead Details on the lead's Overview tab, and change its stage from More Actions › Change status. See How to Edit a Lead or Change Its Stage.
- A meeting request makes a lead Hot (live 10/19/2026). A customer who clearly asks for a call, demo or meeting, or books one, now makes the lead Hot, and the lead's score card says why. See How Pippin Reads and Scores a Lead.
- Quote settings on their own Quotes tab (live 10/16/2026). Quote mode, currency, instructions, validity and terms now live on the Quotes tab in AI Studio, save automatically as you type, and show whether Pippin has what it needs to quote. See How to Set Quote Instructions and Default Currency.
- Your team takes over quotes Pippin can't price (live 10/16/2026). When a request is clear but your catalog has no price for it, Pippin tells the customer your team is preparing the quote, moves the lead to Quote Requested and notifies your team, instead of guessing. See How Pippin Drafts a Quote.
- New setup wizard (live 10/15/2026). Answer four short steps (your website, your email inbox, your knowledge and a final check) while Pippin sets up the rest of your workspace and shows every choice it makes, then click Go live. See How to Complete the Setup Wizard.
- Zoho Mail inbox (live 10/15/2026). Connect a Zoho Mail inbox instead of Gmail, so Pippin reads new inquiries there and sends replies, quotes, booking links and follow-ups from your Zoho Mail address. A workspace uses one email inbox at a time. See How to Connect Zoho Mail.
- Redesigned Leads page and lead page (live 10/15/2026). Sort the Leads table by name, score, last activity or created date, page through 50 leads at a time, and filter by channel, stage and owner. Won and Lost now ask you to confirm, with an optional reason for a lost lead, and the lead page shows contact, owner and follow-up details beside the conversation. See How to Use the Leads Table, Board and Filters.
- Redesigned Settings (live 10/15/2026). Settings › Channels shows every channel as a tile with its status, and opens one channel at a time. Templates is now Business type, Connectors are grouped into Calendar, CRM and Knowledge, and Branding, Users, My Account and Billing have a cleaner layout. See Why Is a Channel Greyed Out?
- Send your booking link from the lead's page (live 10/14/2026). On a lead's Appointments tab, Send Booking Link and Resend Link send your workspace's booking link to the lead at once, and Copy Booking Link copies it. See How to Send a Booking Link From Appointments.
- Redesigned Appointments page (live 10/14/2026). See confirmed and cancelled bookings for the period on screen, the number of booking links waiting for you, and send each waiting link from the Booking links to send panel beside the calendar. See How to See Your Appointments.
- Redesigned Sequences page (live 10/14/2026). Each sequence card shows Default and Disabled labels, a notice tells you when automatic follow-up is off and why, and the sending window sits beside your sequences. See How to Choose the Default Sequence.
- Redesigned Review Queue (live 10/13/2026). Filter the queue by Replies, Quotes or Booking links, see how long each item has waited, read the customer's message beside Pippin's draft, and load older items 25 at a time. See How to Approve or Reject Items in the Review Queue.
- Assign leads to a teammate (live 10/13/2026). Admins and Sales Managers can pick a lead's owner from the lead page or the Inbox, or assign many leads at once from the Leads table. See How to Assign, Tag or Export Leads.
- Gmail reconnect alerts (live 10/13/2026). When Google stops accepting your Gmail connection, the Admin gets a warning bar, a notification and an email, and can fix it with Reconnect Gmail. Follow-ups pause and pick up again after the reconnect. See How to Disconnect or Reconnect Gmail.
- Wait for a reply after the last follow-up (live 10/13/2026). A sequence now waits a time you choose after its last step before it ends or marks the lead lost, and a reply during the wait ends it without marking the lead lost. See How to Create a Follow-Up Sequence.
- New Dashboard (live 10/12/2026). See what needs your attention, compare each number with the previous period, and follow new and hot leads on a chart. See How to Read the Dashboard.
- Find a lead by its ID (live 10/12/2026). The Leads table shows each lead's ID, and you can search by it. See How to Use the Leads Table, Board and Filters.
- Review every reply (live 10/12/2026). A new automation level that holds every reply Pippin writes in the Review Queue until someone on your team approves it, while follow-up sequences, web chat and voice still send on their own. See Why Some Replies and Follow-Ups Wait for Approval.
- Costed quotes for travel agencies (live 10/09/2026). Travel agencies can build a quote from a day-by-day costing with hotels and services, price it, and send it as a document. See How to Start a Costed Quote.
- Supplier rates (live 10/09/2026). Travel agencies can keep their supplier rates on the Rates tab in AI Studio and use them in costed quotes. See How to Manage Supplier Rates.
- Make someone else the Admin (live 10/09/2026). The Admin can hand the Admin role to a teammate, confirmed with a code sent by email. See How to Make Someone Else the Admin.
- Archive leads (live 10/07/2026). Archive a lead to move it out of your Inbox without deleting it, and unarchive it any time. Pippin stays silent on archived leads. See How to Archive or Unarchive a Lead.
- CC and BCC on email replies (live 10/07/2026). Add Cc and Bcc recipients when you reply to a lead by email from the Inbox. See How to Reply to a Lead From the Inbox.
- Messenger and WhatsApp follow-up steps (live 10/06/2026). Follow-up sequence steps can now go out on Messenger or WhatsApp, within those apps' messaging windows. See How to Create a Follow-Up Sequence.
- Sender review for held emails (live 10/05/2026). When Pippin isn't sure a new email is a real inquiry, it holds the lead and asks you to choose Real inquiry or Ignore. See How to Check a Lead Pippin Held for Review.
- Multi-option quotes (live 10/05/2026). A travel quote can price one package at several hotels, and you can edit each option before you send it. See How to Edit a Quote.
- Quote validity and terms (live 10/05/2026). Set how long quotes stay valid and the terms printed on them. See How to Set Quote Validity and Terms.
- Plans and billing (live 10/02/2026). Choose the Starter, Growth or Scale plan, track usage and manage your subscription under Settings › Billing. See What Plans Pippify Offers and What an Outcome Is.
What's new in September 2026
- Put a lead on a specific sequence (live 09/29/2026). Choose exactly which follow-up sequence a lead goes on instead of the default one. See How to Put Leads on a Sequence.
- Type DELETE to confirm deleting a lead (live 09/24/2026). Deleting a lead now asks you to type DELETE, so a stray click can't remove a lead and its history. See How to Delete a Lead.
- Pippin can see images (live 09/18/2026). Pippin now looks at photos and screenshots customers send by email, WhatsApp and Messenger, and your team sees them as thumbnails. See Can Pippin See Images Customers Send?
- WhatsApp channel (live 09/17/2026). Connect WhatsApp through your own Twilio account so Pippin can answer WhatsApp messages. See How to Connect WhatsApp With Twilio.
- Pippin Web Chat (live 09/15/2026). Add a chat widget to your website so Pippin can answer visitors live. See How to Add Pippin Web Chat to Your Website.
- Web chat quick questions (live 09/15/2026). Show tap-to-ask question buttons in your web chat, and let Pippin suggest them from your knowledge base. See How Web Chat Suggests Quick Questions.
